SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Southern Africa Federation of the Disabled (SAFOD) has been implementing the AT-Info-Map project through their affiliate national disability advocacy organizations, and in partnership with the African Network for Evidence–to–Action in Disability (AfriNEAD), and the University of Washington. Part of theis AT work was the production of the Guide on Assistive Technology with technical support from the University of Washington. The Guide helps project staff and stakeholders to be sensitized of the different types of At ad their respective use.
